TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM
Privacy Policy
Effective September 26, 2026. This policy covers the text-message signup and messaging program operated by Trade Launch Coaching LLC for its own coaching and software services.
What we collect
When you choose to sign up, we collect your mobile number, optional name, the types of texts you select, the consent language shown to you, its version, the signup page address, and the time of your request. We also use a protected network identifier to limit abusive form submissions. We do not save a signup record if you select neither text option.
How we use it
We use this information to record and confirm your request, send only the kinds of messages you select when messaging is available, provide support, honor opt-outs, and maintain records of consent. Form submissions remain pending confirmation and do not automatically start a campaign.
How we protect and share it
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers for secure hosting and message delivery solely to operate this program; they do not receive permission to use your consent for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Signup details are encrypted in storage and available through an authenticated owner-only review page. We retain records as needed to operate the program, document consent, and honor opt-outs. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained to prevent further unwanted messages or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
Marketing texts and support texts have separate optional choices. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Once messages begin, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also ask us to change or withdraw a pending request by emailing info@tradelaunchcoaching.com.
This signup does not give other businesses using Trade Launch software permission to text you. Those businesses collect their own consent.
