Try your first subscription. If you are not happy, ask for your first monthly payment back within 30 days.

Your first monthly payment is covered.

For any reason, email us within 30 days of the date of your first subscription payment. We will refund the full amount you paid for that first monthly subscription, including any tax on it. There is no cancellation fee.

This applies once per business to its first paid Trade Launch AI subscription, including founding customers who purchased on or after September 27, 2026.

Later monthly payments, separately paid setup, and extra usage charges are outside this guarantee. Extra usage includes paid leads, email checks, and text delivery.

Ask for your money back

  1. Email info@tradelaunchcoaching.com within 30 days of the payment date on your receipt.
  2. Include your company name, account email, and payment date or receipt number. Do not send a password or full card number.
  3. We will find your payment, confirm the refund, and cancel future renewals for that subscription. Your request date counts, even if we reply after the 30 days.
Email a refund request

You do not have to prove a problem or complete a setup call. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider and bank control when the credit appears.

What amount comes back?

You receive what you actually paid for the first monthly subscription. If your first payment was a founding price, that founding payment is refunded. If you bought several products together, the guarantee covers the full first payment for that selection.

A refund request cancels renewal for every product in that subscription. We will confirm the cancellation and access end date by email. Adding products later or starting another subscription does not restart this once-per-business guarantee.

The guarantee does not promise more sales, a specific profit, or a particular business result.

Just want to stop the next payment?

Email us before your next renewal and say “Cancel my subscription.” Include your company name and account email. We will confirm the cancellation and your access end date. You can keep using the products through the paid period unless a refund or another account change affects access.

Email a cancellation request

One subscription can include several products. Cancelling it stops renewal for all of them. If you want to change only part of your selection, email us for help before cancelling.

Stopping renewal does not by itself request a refund. If you also want your money back, say so in your email. Outside this guarantee, contact us about billing errors or other refund requests. Nothing here takes away rights you may have under applicable law.
