Subscription terms
Know what you pay, how renewal works, and how to stop it.
The short version
- Your selected products are billed monthly in US dollars through Square.
- Your subscription renews each month until cancelled.
- Email us before the next renewal to cancel.
- Your first monthly subscription payment has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Later payments, separately paid setup, and extra usage are outside that guarantee.
Your price and products
Review the products, monthly total, and any tax at checkout before paying. Several products bought together form one subscription and one monthly payment. Each KPI department is a separate product in your selection.
Eligible founding customers receive 50% off their monthly products while their founding subscription stays active, plus included guided setup. The first 100 customer places are limited and eligibility is confirmed at checkout. Cancelling ends the active subscription; do not assume the same founding offer will be available if you return.
Paid leads, email checks, and text delivery can cost extra. Review and approve any extra purchase before it is made. Outside the included founding offer, optional guided setup is $249 once per app; the work and price are agreed before starting.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Square handles recurring monthly payments using the payment method you provide. Keep your payment and account contact details current. Product access depends on a verified paid subscription.
To stop renewal, email info@tradelaunchcoaching.com before your next renewal. Include your company name and account email. We will confirm the cancellation and access end date.
Cancelling one subscription stops renewal for every product in that selection. For help changing only some products, contact us. Partial selection changes are handled with support.
Read the money-back guarantee and cancellation instructions for the refund window, covered charges, and request steps. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.
Your account and business data
Use an account you are allowed to manage for your business. Keep your password private and tell us if someone else gains access. Only upload data you have permission to use. Check employee, crew, customer, and financial records before relying on a report.
Review contacts, consent, and message drafts before approving outreach. Honor opt-outs. Product limits and the initial seven-day sending limits shown on the product pages apply. Availability of an outside mailbox, CRM, lead source, or text provider can affect a connected feature.
Trade Launch AI provides business tools and general guidance. Review AI suggestions and reports before making decisions. Business results are not guaranteed.

Effective September 27, 2026. These terms cover Trade Launch AI subscriptions sold by Trade Launch Coaching LLC. They do not set refund terms for a separately sold book or coaching engagement.
