What information the tools use

• Your account: company name, contact email, account role, sign-in details, and support messages.
• Your work: information you enter or upload, such as employee or crew profiles, KPI results, goals, customer lists, campaign drafts, and message records. What is stored depends on the products you use.
• Your subscription: purchased products, payment and subscription status, billing identifiers, and payment dates and amounts. Square collects payment details on its checkout.
• Your connections: connection details needed for mailboxes or other services you choose to connect.
• Service records: activity and error records used to operate the tools, investigate problems, and protect accounts.

Why the service uses it

We use this information to provide accounts and purchased products, prepare reports and drafts, carry out approved actions, send account and billing messages, answer support requests, and resolve billing or service problems.

Your business is responsible for having permission to upload employee and customer information and for choosing which messages to approve.

Services involved in a task

The app uses hosting, database, payment, and email services to operate. Selected features may also use AI, mailbox, text, lead-data, address-checking, or CRM services. Information needed for the task may be passed to the provider involved. The services involved depend on the feature and connections you use.

Square handles checkout and payments. Outside services also have their own privacy terms. Contact us if you need details about a provider used by a particular feature.

Trade Launch's own optional text-update program has a separate SMS privacy policy, including its protections for mobile numbers and consent.

Cookies and saved choices

The app uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. It also saves your selected products in your browser so you can return to checkout. Signing out ends the app session. Clearing browser data removes locally saved choices.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email info@tradelaunchcoaching.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. Use your account email and include your company name. We may verify that you are allowed to make the request.

Information is retained as needed to run the service, maintain payment and consent records, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some records may need to remain after account cancellation or a deletion request. Cancellation stops subscription renewal; it does not automatically delete company records.

If your information was uploaded by another business, contact that business first about its records or messaging. We can help identify the correct account owner when appropriate.
